J.R. Heineman & Sons was founded in 1910 and
incorporated in 1930. John Robert Heineman, the
founder, associated with his two sons, Morse and Bertram at the time of
incorporation. Presently the stock
is owned by Daniel Emmenecker,
Dale Johnson Jr,
Karl White, and Dennis Rhem.
Over the years our firm has provided specialized services for the design,
management and construction of many industrial and commercial facilities. In
the early 1970's, J.R. Heineman & Sons began a
continuous engagement with Chevrolet Grey Iron Foundry in various industrial
design/build projects for a ten year period. J.R. Heineman
has changed with the market demand over the last 20 years to an emphasis in
commercial work, yet remains a flexible, multi-faceted contractor. Currently, J.R. Heineman holds accounts with AutoZone, The Home Depot USA,
and Wal-Mart, and has built retail stores in
Michigan, Ohio, Wisconsin, Indiana, Arkansas, Florida, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Texas, Missouri, Kentucky,
New Mexico and
Kansas.
Specific project services are managed and supervised by one of our
construction Superintendents. In addition, strong staff support is provided by
other individuals with experience and capabilities best suited for the project
at hand.
We have constructed and/or remodeled several specialized facilities that
required extremely close scheduling and a high degree of technical skill.
If the completion date and schedule for a project become critical, J.R. Heineman & Sons can perform quality work at a fast pace
through proper scheduling.
